slacking structures Blauwverlaat

The slacking structures on both sides of the Blauwverlaat bridge over the Prinses Margriet Canal have been renewed. The wooden slacking structures have largely be replaced by a steel version.

We supplied, produced and mounted these new slacking structures. We also delivered the protective posts, that have been produced and coated in the production halls. The installtion of these new steel slacking structures was carried out in collaboration with De Boer & De Groot Civiele Werken BV. On site, our technicians mounted the slacking structures to previously installed steel foundation piles.

At the beginning of May, the last slacking structures were placed and mounted at the Blauwverlaat bridge. The project has been completed. Below you can see a nice impression of the activities and the final result.
